Dr. Seth Lefkowitz has been involved in the arena of health science for over 30 years. In 1984, Dr. Lefkowitz specialized in nutrition, exercise physiology, and clinical chiropractic studies at Palmer College. In 1988, he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic medicine and became a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Lefkowitz is licensed in China as a Doctor of Medical Qigong from the Beijing Qigong Research Institute. He has also graduated from the International Institute of Medical Qigong and the Qigong College of Haidan University in Beijing, China. In addition to completing an internship in Advanced Medical Qigong Science at the Xi Yuan Hospital in Beijing, Dr. Lefkowitz has been trained in Jie Gu (bone setting), Tui Na (tissue manipulation), An Mo (visceral manipulation), Gua Sha (scraping therapy for fibril diseases), and Jing Point Therapy (energetic trigger point therapy). All of these modalities have their roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
